1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Minotaunt's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Minotaunt provides an AI-powered WhatsApp Business automation platform. Businesses connect their WhatsApp Business account to our platform to enable automated, intelligent responses to their customers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business. You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate business information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging without user consent
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Businesses are responsible for reviewing and customizing AI behavior for their use case.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services including Meta/WhatsApp.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Minotaunt. Your business content and data remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minotaunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion procedures.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
