How to Request Data Deletion
If you want us to delete your data from our systems, you can request deletion through any of the following methods:
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to info@minotaunt.comwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- The business name you interacted with (if known)
- A brief description of what data you want deleted
Option 2: WhatsApp Message
Send a message saying "Delete my data" to the business WhatsApp number you previously interacted with through our platform.
What We Delete
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove:
- Your conversation history and message content
- Your WhatsApp phone number and display name from our records
- Any AI-generated conversation context associated with your number
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data when required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records required by tax or commercial law
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
- Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
For Businesses
If you are a business customer and wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at info@minotaunt.com. We will remove your business profile, conversation logs, catalog data, and WhatsApp integration within 30 days.
